BHW Password Reset Broken?

Hello ladies & gents,

I've had to create this account as the password reset feature doesn't seem to be working at all for my main account (COMPUK). I ran CCleaner earlier and wiped out all of my stored passwords & form information.

I couldn't remember my BHW password (yep, I have a terrible habit of making different passwords for every account and not taking a note of them), so I attempted to reset it... About 8 hours ago.

Between 8 hours ago and now, I've probably tried to reset my password 20 times. There's definitely no email coming through. Can a mod look into this, or anyone else confirm that PW resets are currently broken?

I'm using good ol' hotmail (live).

I actually reset my BHW password last week for the exact same reason that I mentioned in the OP (I know, terrible account management on my part :nono. But at that time, the password reset email came through in under a minute, which is why I'm a tad confused as to what's causing this... Sizeable delay.

When I made this 'Motaro' account around 30 minutes ago, I used my gmail address and the new member email confirmation arrived in seconds.

Hope it gets resolved, and that it's not a problem on my end. I've tried a full cache clear and reboot etc. :dunno:

We're running some updates forum wide at the moment, maybe impacting pw reset at the moment. Should be back working in the next few hours. If you find any other issues please post them on this support thread.
