BHW Not Loading - Timeouts

Hi

I am having intermittent problems when using BHW.

When there are problems, the html page loads, but then lots of the resourced linked in the file (css, .js, .png's) gets timeout errors.

I am a visitor from Australia. If I visit via a VPN, I can see this site fine.

Is the problem my ISP, or the CDN?

Everything from cdn blackhat-static and static blackhatworld gets a Timeout error (I cannot post URL's due to not having enough posts)
