It's already mobile-friendly. I won't bother to install an app if you can access it via a mobile browser.

It is super mobile friendly (responsive) and an App is really not required.

Because the website/forum been designed to work with nearly every wifi platform
No need for any plugin for the forum.
Also there many programmers guru on here that do it for free but not needed or wanted .
