BHW members working on Linux ? SEO / IM Usability on Linux OS

Hey guys so I have been quite absent for a few months on BHW and in this time I ve made a complete transition to Linux as my main operating system. I completely gave up on Windows for good. I want to ask those of you that have more experience with Linux if there are any compromises related to work. Things that are only achievable in Windows for example.
Is going to slow down my workflow if I am doing my work from a Linux workstation?
What are the tools you are using on Linux ? ( scrapers , automation etc )

no its not about graphics I am strictly asking about SEO, automation, scraping, bots etc

For SEO -> making websites you need to edit some graphics many times but if you don't need it, linux should be ok

for basic image editing I can use gimp

The biggest compromise comes in the most basic activity of them all: Writing content.

As soon as you find yourself with a 1000+ word article in front of you, replete with comments (and maybe the odd image or 2) you'll then learn just how slow and stuttery Libreoffice Writer is, when dealing with documents replete with "floating objects" (comments bubbles or images). It's a bug that has not been patched since forever (like 7 years).

Other than that, if you want to avoid Google (which would make sense if you're avoiding MS as well) everything related with cloud syncing is just plain inferior on Linux, in terms of ease of use, and sharing content easily and seamlessly with "normies" or less tech savy boomers.

All in all, I do love Linux, but it has its share of problems in terms of app availability. If we actually had the entire MS office suite on GNOME, I'd absolutely never consider going back to Windows.
