i have done this with google and yahoo by clicking the ad links, it's easy to find some great examples of CPA websites ;)
 
Actually I have the answer to your question.

Once upon a time, not long ago, say 2-3 months, there was a thread created on BHW, which outed a precise method on how to find ideas and sites promoting cpa.

I won't give you the thread so you could LEARN TO USE THE SEARCH BEFORE COMING HERE AND USING A SIZE 72 RED FONT TO ASK STUPID QUESTIONS.

But hey, I'm a nice guy - I'll give you a hint. WizIMZ made the thread (that pretty much gave it out)
 
So far all your threads have been:

- make my website
- teach me adsense
- teach me cpa
- spoonfeed me
- wipe my arse for me

Jeez, at least read some threads before posting stupid unreasonable threads like this.
 
not a sample BUT if I was you see with this whole sopa/pipa/megaupload thing. I would start a tv/movie site and host all the videos on my own server. Make sure its a US server. then once you've gathered all the latest series and movies. Profit?? or Jail time?? either or give it a shot.
