I'm thinking every ~3 months would be a good idea.

We should definitely do one before Christmas.

I'm thinking 14th December... how does that work for people? I know it's middle of the week, but my weekends are booked up for the next few months. Or to make it a big one for everyone, as I know a lot of people have "real" jobs, we could do it on a Friday?

I'm going to open another thread about it, so get your ideas in quick!
 
Sounds good to me. I don't mind weekdays - I'd rather lose a weekday to a hangover than a Saturday:)

I am away from 22nd so if the date changes, please keep it before then:)

December 14th is fine for me. I leave for xmas around the 21st.

I was thinking once every 3 months sounds good but 14th Dec sounds fine so pencil me in.
