BHW isn't working for me

This isn't a problem with BHW, rather it's a problem with my ISP or modem. Some websites like outlook.com and BHW aren't loading when I use my homes internet but when I switch to 3G it loads fine. Does anyone know how I can go about diagnosing the problem? I've looked on eftels problems and there is none.

Have tried contacting your ISP and seeing if they are the ones blocking it?

Most probably DNS problems. Use the following DNS servers:

• 208.67.222.222
• 208.67.220.220

No I have not. I don't think they would be blocking it. The site just sits on loading for ages, same with outlook.com

The outlook redirects to the right login page an the certificate loads but the page is blank. I tried it at uni today and if worked there.

Try to contact your ISP fist before changing any settings.

Just use a vpn service. It costs like 5-10 dollars/month.

May be dns problem. Use google dns settings.

Thanks for the replys. I tried google DNS and the servers mentioned above with no success. I'll contact the ISP tomorrow.

I just pinged BHW and got 4 replys.

I've also tried Firefox, clearing caches and cookies an incognito.

Everything is fake. you can used VPN its work properly.

Also clear DNS cache.

I just clicked on my BHW shortcut as I habitually do when a page is loading and it worked.
