Yes as you read it. Zombies are attacking BHW.

If you see an old thread , I'm talking 1, 2, 3 even 4 years old post show as updated don't worry is the BHW Noobs injecting their virus on old dead threads.
And if you are going to :flame: all i can say is :thefinger and :fing02: your post count method.

I think its mostly due to the similar thread suggestions appearing at the bottom, i know a couple of times, i've just read the title, and jumped in posting and brought it back without even checking the date.
 
It's just as annoying seeing all the nonsense spun garbage tacked onto threads lately. Like you will get a comment saying "yes the answer is good, click the search and you will be make money is good". What is the purpose of bumping really old threads with viruses? I am seeing this on some other forums too.

Yep, guilty as charged, it's not just the noobs. I'm still trying to figure out how I resurrected a 4 year old post!
 
How about limitation access on advance sections. More and more of them will already have few post before they introduce themselves to the introduction.

First post should be on the Introduction section. That should be a mandatory.

About resurrecting old posts: we've all done it online. I don't think I've done it on BHW, but only because I've learned from some cringeworthy mistakes.

Ha, no I didn't mean it that way, what I mean is there seems to be a lot of people joining and asking very basic, stupid questions in order to raise postcount and promote fiverr gigs and stuff.
 
Let's vote on old threads being closed after a certain time period so that nobody can make the mistake of bumping them.

If I see an old thread that was bumped but is now obsolete, I'll remove or close it.
