BHW Is Broken?

For the past 1 month I have been trying to update my BST.

I have got in touch with 2 mods, submitted tickets 3 times, exchanged countless messages and nothing had moved.

As a marketplace seller, I need to keep my services updated and BHW system is preventing me from doing that.

I am spending 1000s of dollars on advertising here. So, I could only imagine how it is for a non-JR VIP

Through this thread I like to bring this issue to the limelight

Please assist me. My business is suffering

Support mail often goes to Junk folder (happened with my case twice), Did you checked there ?

Yes. I have spoken to them before, so getting email to my inbox is not an issue.

I have been in touch with 2 mods as well. They also couldn't figure it out.

I don't know who to reach out to now.

Did you send him the pastebin code for new BST?

Sorry to hear that. Let’s get it fixed today for you. Please pm me with the 3 support ticket reference numbers you’ve raised over the last month and links to the 2 conversations and reference this thread so I can look into it for you.
We make many many successful thread edits each day via the support channel and process hundreds of threads a month through the marketplace. With turn around times now down to under 72 hours. This isn’t the level of service you should expect on BHW. I look forward to your pm.
