BHW Internship - Mod in Training

So, I was browsing BHW a few minutes ago when I ran across a JV thread that was approved by a member by the name of "http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/655173-sgudav.html". He signed up in March of this year and has just a little over 100 posts yet his member status on here is "BHW Inter - Mod in Training". Now what I'd like to know is what is a BHW Intern and how does someone with little experience and history become a "Mod in Training"? Perhaps more importantly to me is I'd like to know what a "BHW Intern" is. This is something I've never heard of and would like to know exactly what this is.

I saw the same thing, I don't think its right to have someone with so little experience trying to be a mod.

It's people that work at their offices I'm sure. They wouldn't just let a rando hop in and take the reigns as a mod. There's some affiliation with the owner/admins I'm sure, nothing to worry about.

How do you know they have no experience? Just because they aren't a long time member here, doesn't mean they aren't qualified.

you know in some companies, certain roles are ONLY filled externally.

Well, BHW is hosted in the States but owned by a British Company.
I presume DD has an office and I would hazard a guess that sgudav is employed or receiving work experience there.
This is just speculation on my part and now I come to think of it, who cares and why does it matter?

there are many noob looking moderator and admin accounts on bhw.

they not post on bhw , it not mean that they are noob. they might be working 24/7 to support bhw.

I was thinking the same thing. LOL I don't know where the BHW "Headquarters" is located but I doubt it's in Antarctica,

The question has been answered already, but I wonder how one applies to work offline for BHW, and what purpose it serves.
Also, who in Antarctica is there not doing some kind of scientific exploration or research? Something's not adding up here... Is BHW secretly the Fortress of Solitude?

I'm pretty curious about what type of work goes on at bhw Headquarters. I'm guessing people need to discuss and approver advertising and such, but I'm sure there's more to it.
