BHW, I need your help with promoting tattoo shop.

Hello everybody. Long time lurker, first time poster here. I've been a part of this community for about two years, but decided to make an account just now. I'm writing here to ask for a help. I live in third world country, and had an interview last week (dream job). I was hired to promote the tattoo shop based in NYC + online shop on shopify. Products: tattoo kits, tattoo machines, ink, etc. So, I want to know the best ways to gain new customers. Campaign budget is $2k a month.
Things I will do:
1. Promoting fb page
2. Promoting twitter + buy button
3. Promoting Pinterest + buyable pins
4. I need to grow an email base (or buy it). I don't know how.
5. Reddit campaigns.
6. Writing articles about things this shop sells.
7. Promoting instagram using tooligram, MP and other programs.
What more should I do? I really really need your help, BHW. Thanks in advance. Sorry for my poor English skills.
P.S. I don't know if it's the right thread for posting. I can replace it, if it's not.

I personally know a guy with thousands of friends and followers who works as a tattoo artist (he does fantastic work). What he does to promote himself on Facebook and Instagram is simple: he shares everything he does related to tattoos!

• Sketches
• Artwork
• The tattoos on his customers
• Side-by-side comparisons of his tattoo sketches and the final outcome

He does all of this on his personal Facebook page using hashtags and tagging the place he works at.

You mentioned growing an e-mail list. Admittedly, I'm not the greatest when it comes to e-mail marketing, but you can use something like MailChimp and place an opt-in form on their website. Perhaps a member who is more experienced with e-mail marketing can chip in and provide you with a better solution.

Also, totally forgot to mention, that it would be cool to start promoting tatto shop by bloggers. But I also don't know how to organize it.
