BHW guys, need help to resume work

I have 20 guys sitting idle in my office since the project we were working has been stopped

I want some ideas on how to provide them job again

Basically these guys are data entry operators, they can do any type of work if trained except web design and writing articles ( their english is bad too )

so any ideas would be appreciated by all my team

I don't know if its the right section to add the thread here, I searched all and found this section is relevant

Go to those plenty of marketplace sites like ... ... and bid on the writing jobs. I hope that you'll find work for all and continuous streams of it too. No one should be without work forever!

Btw, why don't you guys do something else which will help your business too? like going out and meet local businesses related to your work, or related to another work which I believe you can also do well?

Do some brainstorming. Go work under some busy people in your field. Make that great resume, and send it to as many, all over the world. I am sure there is work for everyone somewhere every time... Ask and you shall be given, Seek and ye shall find it! Amen! But you must ask the right person/s, of course!


In short: Move yor a$$es, guys, or ye all shall be turned to dust and rust! There ain't any prizes for the losers anyways...

The last job is past... forget it. The present is a gift from above! Use it wisely, and begin production today, so that the tomorrow too becomes another great present!

Yes I was thinking to try freelance websites but its a hard task to find seperate job for everyone and it changes everytime, may be If i'm lucky I will find a guy who can give jobs on regular basis

I'm not trying to do local business here and the pay would be very low and they don't give the payment on time too

An income is an income, isn't it? Why be shy of the lower ones? Go after it with equal energy and the bigger opportunities will be unhidden!

And why build those mental blocks for your blockes even before you go out to find the jobs, and the bread and butter on the table for all the families? Your mind/ present negative thought process is breaking it for them with such negativity... Just go out -- in complete faith! lol Throw that proverbial effort-stone man, you might just break the -ve goliath's head with it in one shot! lol

^^ Getting paid low is better than not getting paid at all.
How about sites like Fiverr - taking up the jobs wanted offers, here on blackhatworld in the hire a freelancer section. microworkers or whatever its called.
There are loads of sites where people are looking to get jobs done.
You could make a full time job for yourself just finding these small jobs, then assigning them out to your workers.

And while you cant find anything, get them out networking locally and so on.

Assign "finding new jobs" to them, give some ideas and put them on pay per performance scheme... That scheme could also include: "find new jobs or you're out". The first 5 who come with 2 different jobs get assigned to the sales and marketing department, while the other 15 do the actual work.

Behind the courtains, work on setting up high quality profiles on job sites... and start bidding on projects that fit your services.

Do this and in a few months you'd have an unstopable business.

The reason why you're in the place you're now is because, quote: "If i'm lucky I will find a guy who can give jobs on regular basis"
First, luck is not something you want to depend on when you're doing business...
Second, 1 guy for regular jobs means he will pay you cents on the dollar and you have a massive amount of risk, because he can throw you away any time he wants.

I guess your team is led by a person who himself is feeling insecure, pessimistic, shy, fearful, very uncertain, and is extremely low on the confidence count too! He is only seeing everything in black and black, and a few gray tints in between, even in bright sunlight! I am sure I am right. May be it is only a passing phenomenon, but one who is to lead should be dynamic, go-getter, and positive. The attitude of a leader creates the atmosphere. Am I right? So who needs a change of attitude (from negative to a greatly positive) soon enough?
