Bhw error

I am getting error on bhw that your account is limited contect support with your username. I am start getting this yesterday. I also contact support.blackhatworld.com but no one reply. What should i do?
Note: i get this error after watching 3 pages on bhw and after 15minutes this error auto remove. Then i watch 3 pages and error comeback.
Anyone help me
