BHW dropshippers from amazon to ebay. I need urgent help !!

Hello Bhwers, I really need some help from all the pro sellers for a few years or with much experience . Basically I am still considered new on ebay as a dropshipper, my sales has been doing good. But I do not know that refunding a buyer due to the product being out of stock is considered an defect. Seriously bullshit policy, full refund to buyer immediately resulting a defect ? doesn't make sense to me at all.

The problem now is I from above standard drop down to below standard. Can somebody help me or have any advice please !! Below standard is really sucks, I might not be able to sell anything at all. Before they evaulate on 20 th August, I really have a few days left to make new listings. Someone help me out here ! I am really lost here, as Selling on ebay is my only passive income here.

Yes, this is a defect. It's clear that seller non performance is a defect. Read the eBay policy.

Why is it bullshit? eBay is very clear that they don't want you to list anything that can't be delivered, since they consider non-delivery of something that is listed as poor buying experience. It's the seller's responsibility to pick drop shipper who can perform as promised. Remember, any time you have to say "but my dropshipper..." that is a losing argument.

Generally if you have decent selling history you are given 2-3 months to pull your account back above standard, so don't freak out until they actually ban you.

your gonna want to invest in a inventory tracking system that will take your items down when they go out of stock.

Yeah unless you stick to only items that are always in stock thru multiple sellers, you need repricing software that will put your inventory to 0 when it goes OOS on amazon.

There are items out there that literally never go OOS and rarely change price. Use Keepa to check pricing history of items, its a great indication for future pricing.

I use software that auto tracks pricing and stock, but I also have a handful of items that dont track thru the API and I dont worry because they are always available.

when issuing a refund use the "there's a problem with the buyer's address" option, that way it won't count as a defect

I am sorry for what you are currently going through buddy. I will say that it is very unfortunate, however, it is always a good thing to seek the counsel on some issues before you roll them out. I am sure the policy is well written but because at times we can not just read, we end up in mistakes we never new. Just need to find someone in this field to mentor you.
