By the way people from Europe, there is FB page holiday pirates. They post discouint airplane tickets or packages. You can easily find tickets for around 500 € from Western Europe (mostly London, Manchester, Dublin, Amsterdam) to West Coast. Sometimes there are even packages to 7 days Vegas Flight&Drive for ~450 pounds that includes return flight and car rental for whole trip, sometimes even a hotel on the Strip 4
By the way if you don't want to live in the 5 star hotel on the Strip that cost up to $300 a night on the weekends, i recommend you to rent out studios that cost $200 a week. There you would have even own kitchen so you can cook there and save also on restaurants that are not cheap on the Strip The best thing is that these studious are located on the Strip also! But they are just on the farther side of the blocks and you know that blocks in Vegas are really big like 500 meters each side. For cheapest food just go to Wal-Mart and for about $100 would be enough food for 2 people for about 3-4 days. Of course the prices are in current time, who knows how much inflation would rise during one year

I already pre-registered and I am psyched! Incidentally, the company I work for (day job) has two very posh hotels at City Center in Vegas, so I'm not sure if the organizers are open to some kind of sponsorship trade out, maybe discounted meeting space or BEO reduction on events in exchange for free access and face-to-face time for our company marketing people with the best and brightest BH Marketers in the world, etc. (something like that - trade some trade secrets, etc.) ... might be attractive to them and some of their select marketing people to learn some new 'down and dirty' things... etc. My day job is as a Marketing dir and particularly group event/trade show/sales show coordination on a professional level, so if the organizers need any help or volunteer hands, let me know and I will be happy to lend my free hands if wanted. Bu now I am sure the organizers have already started picking the team of volunteers 'most interested' in making this event a success...
