BHW Co-Op

One thing I noticed since I joined BHW is there are alot of people here with many skills. We have people who are awesome programmers, designers, networks, writers, etc...

Some of us or better at some things than others. I would like to see a section where people can post what skills they have and how they might be lacking in other areas.

If you have a skill that the other person is lacking maybe you can help him/her out and they could do the same. So lets say we have an awesome programmer but they suck at design and an awesome designer who sucks at programing. Why don't those two come together and give each other a hand.

This would also save everyone alot of time. So instead of this designer trying to figure out some code or script he/she can focus on what they do best because they know the other has there back.

As a collective we can learn more from each other.

When your part of a collective like BHW there is nothing that can't be done...we have strength in numbers.

Just a thought....

Not sure that you need s WHOLE SECTION for that. Use the Hire a freelance section and post as Trade Services or something like that.

But it is part of any forum, making the effort to get to know people

Also, There is also the JV section to find partners who have skills which you lack.
and I agree that there is no need for a whole new section, even if it is implented, it will be dead as hell.

I like the idea. Instead of trying to sell a service, it relies on the old barter system. I trade my skills for your skills.

Good way to network, too.

I guess your right maybe not a section but I think it would make a very interesting topic

I didnt intend to make it sound like a JV... A JV in my opinion is a partnership this is more of a network of people.....but oh well lol
