You need to set up a WAF rule to perform a managed challenge if URI contains /
It’s easy. Just google how to set up WAF rules in cloudflare and follow my instruction above.

I have the rule to block certain countries but I still have no clue how to implement the above verification. What would be the field type? I'd google it but I dunno which keyword is the right one that illustrates the proxy/bot verification https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/bhw-cloudflare.1496743/reply

Field type is URI contains. (Contains /) I’m sorry if this is not clear enough. I suggest reading articles and watching videos about creating cloudflare WAF rules.
