BHW as third party to handle the transaction

I think BHW have to be the third party (like; fiverr or seoclerk) to stop the scam buyer activity on BHW marketplace.

So BHW handle the money from buyer, after seller sent the report of work, so buyer give sign as complete order so then the money can switch to seller.

For this activity BHW may take 5 or 10% from the transaction value.

HOW ABOUT THAT?
