BHW APP for All Devices

Just wondering if we could have a BHW app for all devices in the future.

I think that would be a great thing. I’d probably stop scrolling through every other app.

I personally prefer the classic way, through the browser.
An app could be a huge extra work for the Staff, so idk..

A native BHW app will never survive Apple or Google App Store reviews. Their compliance policies strictly prohibit platforms facilitating the exchange of social media manipulation, bot networks, and grey-hat services. Maintaining sideloaded APKs is a massive waste of administrative resources when the forum's XenForo engine is already fully responsive. Just add the site to your home screen as a PWA (Progressive Web App) and move on

An app for a forum is ridiculous. Forums are meant to be accessed on the web.

Yes I would definitely use it more if there was a proper app , browser feels a bit slow sometimes . Even simple things like notifications and smoother scrolling would make a difference Would probably replace half my random scrolling apps if they did it right.

Xenforo does have an app option, but it's crap. I trialed it on a different project (@SettingSun77 might remember this) and we ditched it since the responsiveness on mobiles and tablets was so much better.
