Every now and then, though, you get that one noobie that you’re CERTAIN is an AI bot, but it turns out they’re just really bad bad at small talk :p

I have seen advertised DA and then in reality it's a third of the advertised and they have the gall to say the DA will come soon.

Also one service promising to boost your youtube video to top 5 within days, saying its American traffic and the numbers for the traffic alone can't possibly add up, yet they claim it's not an smm reseller, the advertised views and interactions stop after a bit because youtube simply shadow bans(they gonna blame the user btw) and I remember 192 views, 190 direct and rest unknown. Means a bot has clicked on a link. They explicitly say you're buying interaction , organic blabla, but then when the complaints come in, they say its seo services. The best is, people asking to use the service right after these incidents have been posted on the threads, with intellectually infuriating responses.

Not directly, but I have made a haf post because some folks said they can do it unreasonably cheap, keep in mind, 1.3million pages required, anti detect and residential proxies required , heavily captcha infested etc.

I know how to scrape full well, and I knew it's impossible for the amounts they said they will do. How do I know, I have found the cheapest way possible, mobile view, not downloading images and I came up with 3000 usd in proxy bandwidth alone, checked how heavy the pages are etc. And this without images requires some very hackybprocedure in the first place.

So people said they can do it for 1 grand, 700usd and some bit more, but all of them less than the proxy cost. Not to mention you need to develop a custom program for that, plugins won't work, and scraping services would charge 3 to 4 times more than 3 grand.

So I had them show me their "methods".

It was about getting a name and a phone number from the listing pages.

One guy send a chatgtp sheet with no technical specification, just he will build a custom scraper.

Another one told me he reverse engineered the apk and showed me how he does it on mobile(haha) and the "scraping" happened at a velocity impossible to do , 100k records in like 15 seconds and these were rendered onto an Excel sheet within 5 seconds, everyone knows that just opening an Excel sheets with 100k rows will take ages to render on a full blown PC. This clown had the phone numbers visible on the sheet , which I've googled and it was phone numbers from a totally unrelated business.

Stuff like that. Not one of them could explain how they would deal with the proxy cost, cept one, but his approach was naive and had the proxy banned after 50 pages.

I was there when you revealed you were trolling sellers that claimed they could scrape whatever real estate site.

However, I think you misunderstood the context of the conversation I was having in this instance. I was trolling a suspected bot.

The account told us he defeats Ai bots by asking for specific references. Then I asked for specific references to threads where he asked an Ai bot for specific refrences.

Then he said he has none.

Whether the account is an ai scambot or not, I do not know. But I was entertained.

That is the context of the comment which you referenced. I am not sure why you are telling me about “scraping.” There’s many things to scrape.

I do feel as though you are replying to me in the tone and style of Vegeta.
