The AdSense section on BHW has been closed and under review for nearly 4 months now, what exactly is under review? Why is this section still closed and not reopened?

How do you know its 4 months closed already if you joined this forum past month ?

I know it's nearly 4 months old as the owner of the forum made a post stating the section was under review and will be closed until the review was complete, this post was made nearly 4 months ago. In terms of "What's so special about this section?", I guess nothing if AdSense isn't a monetization method you use.
