Create new project
Add the image & shrink/cut it
A new wallpaper added.

I have a little job for you if you can do it
A wallpaper in which there's the the joker ( like in the dark knight ) , holding a card ( you can use your imagination on what's going to be on that card ) and the joker should have a blackhat.
The background should be something dark like an alley or something epic.
