Bhw 2.0 - I get phishing alerts on mobile

Hello mods

I tried to enter bhw on mobile and i got a phishing alert from my provider Vodafone.

They have a securenet option that filter all the traffic and i was redirected to their phishing alert page.

I disabled the got damn thing but wanted to give a heads up.

If anyone already reported this please delete the thread.

Hi gr33n were you able to / did you try to access the old BHW via Vodafone and get on without this issue ?

On the old bhw i didnt have any problem. With bhw 2.0 i was redirected to their alert page directly.

I"m from Romania. I tested bhw 2.0 on Orange and doesn't seem to be a problem.

I will test tomorrow on tmobile with a friend of mine.

If you find the problem i can check on Vodafone again to see if the problem is fixed.... if it's really a problem or they just have some IT retards working there

Hey gr33n, not DD but I wanted to jump in real quick. It's very possible that Voda are using some kind of caching dns-based security that hasn't refreshed since we've moved. We definitely aren't doing anything related to phishing, but it could trigger on a malconfigured proxy server as the new site isn't on the same ip range, and the url structure has changed a couple times as we've worked on it.

Something you can try is setting your DNS to use Googles servers, test again. If it doesn't fix the issue, it very well may take a few days for them to catch up; or a call to tech support which is always a pita.

In 10 years im with vodafone bhw 2.0 is the only site i got that warning

Orange and tmobile are working fine so it's on their side.

I will call and speak with them and report back .

It seems like they don't want to protect users from malware, but want to censor information they don't like which is shared here at bhw. Their 'classification' is really a joke. Just read this

This classification also covers sites involved in the development, promotion or selling of, comments, likes, ratings, votes or sites variations thereof, on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, MyWot, Digg etc.

I called them and disabled securenet.If they give me alerts like that on bhw the service is useless.

I will call them anyway to see if i can found out what triggered the alert.

I talked to vodafone today and the first IT guy who wasn't very experienced told me " Hey talk to your hosting and they have an option for phishing sites and you have to uncheck that

Anyway i spoke to a supervisor and he will investigate your hosting and give me a response these days.I will post here when i get an update.
