BHS VPS experiences, anyone?

So I unfortunately paid BHSVPS some money last week... worst thing I ever did. They don't reply to support emails, they straight up lie about package inclusions and/or fail to deliver as promised, and they only reply to paypal disputes and nothing else!
I'm wondering if this is a one-off, or if others have experienced the same with BHS VPS?
Needless to say I'm looking for another VPS host that includes tools... any suggestions?

I've used BHSVPS quite a bit and I never had any serious issues. If you use their ticket support system you should get a reply within 24 hours every time. I did. There are times where the software doesn't work, but usually it's just a proxy issue that you have to fix.
 
I'm pretty sure there must be something wrong with your experience. The guys at bhs are doing a great job, just check by their irc.
 
Well let's see if there's "something wrong with my experience" - so far we're 42 hours since support email submitted, and no reply, BUT they already replied to paypal dispute. So, I'll keep the clock ticking here, and see if they ever bother to reply to my support email.
 
I paid for the service more than 24 hours ago, and no reply, account still pending, another 12 hours and I'll paypal dispute it. Not impressed.
 
Yup they suck and same thing happened to me. Slow VPS software doesnt work and very little support.

Unfortunately, I dont have any other good reccomendations either. I just ended up getting my own VPS because I couldnt find a service to do the job.
 
I have been using bhsvps for last 6 months. No issues, good speed, good software and good speed. There is one downside though that you don't get root access so you have to make do with their software you can request for installation of your software but subject to approval by admin (which is very cooperative). Their support is good, if you are looking for SEO tools then this is the cheapest thing you will get especially with genuine senuke in their arsenal.
 
I had same trouble with this vps provider.
Now I would not use those type of VPS anymore.
 
Yeah, previously I had an okay experience with them. Now, though, it seems they've turned into total scammers. I signed up and paid for a VPS, after no login details were provided I cancelled it. Then they asked why I cancelled. When I gave a reason they just ignored me all together. Then after several more attempts to get a reply I filed a dispute and they deleted my thread requesting cancellation. lol

What freakin' scumbags.
 
I use host-stage dot net since last 4 month ago without get problem but they not provide vps include seo tools...
 
Same bad experience for me too

Just revisting this with an update - they have shown themselves to be probably *the worst* company I've ever dealt with. Sudochop, the chap that seems to run the show, threatened on Skype to attack my servers if I didn't withdraw my complaints against them with PayPal (I did more than just file a dispute). 4 days later, the attacks started. I of course don't know if it was them, but nobody else has even threatened to do that, let alone has any reason to do that.
 
Hi Guys,

I bought a 3 month deal with them, which will expire in 2 days.

Quality?

1. They have removed the xrumer from my vps on the first month, which was the main reason why I bought the package.
2. They replaced it with with moneyrobot which i am not using at all.
3. Directory Submitter didn't work for 2 of the 3 month. I submitted too many tickets about this with no reply, i think they simply run out of license.

Support?

No at all:

1. empty promise of giving my package more days in service as refund
2. no support, you can't talk to them, they never talk to you, this started in my 2nd month into the service.

Please don't waste your money with their vps, unless its still the best service out there and you really need it.
