BHS Loader

HI,
i have a question for the people who use BHS loader,
I can't ask on the forum their as they don't have support or anything.
so now I ask here for the people who use it:
i have the loader running in background and when i want to run a program from BHS it just asks for username and password which the loader is supposed to bypass, it does not do anything.
any help?

I am not sure if this is within the rules here as it is about another forum also it is a request for a download so it should probably be in the Download Requests subsection of this forum.

Did you register the loader with the serial number they provided?
