BHCB Problem

Hi fellows.

I got a problem with BHCB on my sites.
In Firefox i can scroll down or up with the arrows. I want it to "LOCK" the site.
And in IE + Chrome you can scroll down with your mouse to see the "content" ..so
any suggestion to really "LOCK" the whole page for contents i have there?

I don't remember exactly, but I think there is an option for this in the Javascript source.
