Sorry to have to give you a re-cap but....
Word for word dupe content will end up in google's supplemental index - the thing at the bottom of results page which says "we have omitted these results as they are very similar to...".
Badly spun content (50% original) was not enough to stop my news blog from getting a massive penalty. I know it's for dupe content.
How? When I search for my news blog's keywords using "&filter=0", the site ranks high again.
The dupe content penalty is real.

thanks for the recap do you know of and good content spinners i tried a couple of them and there not that great
Google is playing games.................
but to be safe keep it under 30% or add some text to a photo
and place it on photobucket to generate html code.
this way you can "dup" the info but hide it inside the code.
when google crawls they see photo.
used it many times on CL
