BH SEO->CPA Formula (Need Approval)

So I Was Wondering If I Could Do SEO With CPA Without Being Cought And Without IFrame Here Is My Solution To SEO CPA:
1. Create A Completely WhiteHat Pro Looking Site With Multiple Pages With SEO Optimized Content For 2 Maximum Keywords!
2. Add Banners Or Create Articles Building Up To The CPA Offer With A Link To A DMR Or Blank Referer Script Like This Thread (don't want to steal what someone else shared) 3. Create Multi-Level LinkWheels Like This:
Level 1
Forum 1 Forum 2 Forum 3 Forum 4 Forum 5

Level 2
NewsGroup 1 etc

Level 3
Web 2.0 Sites

Level 4
Your Pages

And All Linking Together So Your Pages Link To Forum Posts And Newsgroup links to Web 2.0, So it's like mass linking

Can Someone Plz Tell Me If This Would Work... Thnx In Advance
There Are Other Levels To Linkwheels Like Blogs, Authority Sites Etc Just Put A Rough Example Of What I Want To Do!

Sure this could work. But it will all come down to how well you did your keyword research and how well you market them. I was thinking of doing something similar a while back and then use a bit of bh to promote the offers.

But since this is a blue print for a total WH strategy, you wouldn't need to blank the referrer or use DMR. Unless you want to throw a bit of BH in the mix. In which case I think it would be better for you to just get multiple .info domains in case you get caught. Like this, only 1 domain gets blocked from the cpa cie and not the whole thing.

But being all WH might take time and you might not see a lot of conversion for your efforts.

Just my .02 cents. Some more experienced members here might agree or disagree.

Sorry I dno about the bh bit its not really needed plus extra bribery will get awesome conversions, i hoping to do the bh dmr in software browsers for rapidshare & mediafire downloads and target millions with different songs, films etc

Some Peeps On This Forum Reckon This Won't Work But SEO Is One Of The Most Targeted Traffic Sources, Why Do They Think This?
