BH keywords selection on google ads

how should i place kw? planning to made a safe page about selling things or service then cloak it to my gambling money site.

Do you mean which (safe) keywords to use in the GAds campaign ? To be honest, no one would openly discuss the keywords that they use in their blackhat (cloaked) ad campaigns, especially if it is in a competitive niche such as gambling, crypto (& it is quite obvious AND justified as to why people do not openly share this particular information).
Moreover, even within any niche, keywords used in a campaign are not "one size fits all", research is required. Even within gambling, everyone is not promoting the exact same offer, so it is never "one size fits all".
For which safe keywords to use for a crypto related ad campaign (Google Ads and Facebook Ads), you will have to creatively do your own research. Also you will have to research as to which negative keywords to use.
Or / and, you always have the option to https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hire-a-freelancer.76/ if needed.

if you are going to hide gambling money on your site, you will need a pay method connected to two sites so that the money from the other site will fall into the same safe

i know. but i just haven't found anything safe that will related to gambling.

try with different keywords or talk with ads support direct

Think like a customer when you create your list.
Select specific keywords to target specific customers.
Select general keywords to reach more people.

Read the topic : BH keywords : Blackhat keywords, and you are telling OP to speak with Google Ads support, directly ? Since when did Google Ads support offer service of suggesting blackhat keywords to use in Google Ads ?
