BH CASINO PPC: Tracking Google Analytics, Conversions Goals (ROAS)?

Greetings everyone, I'm curious what your methods are to track conversions/roas results for your BH Casino campaigns? Going into this I am slightly concerned that we definitely shouldn't link their original google analytics as there may be a high chance of it getting suspended - and that's where they have all their tracking setup. I'm talking about Google Ads of course.

So tell me, what are your methods to tracking conversions? Do you repeatedly create new google analytics accounts and setup all the tracking there for each new account (in case an account gets suspended? Is there some simple way to copy the setup of one google analytics to another to make the process smoother?
