I'm new here to BH. I came from WF (sooooo glad i found people who actually help).

I have a guy that has a high end property. So he wants leads. He got my name through the community so now I'm trying to figure out how to help in the best.

He has a website but thats about it.

Any Suggestions?

Give me his name, number and I'll help him ;)

He wants leads, you deliver him those leads.
 
Get him a redesign of his current site or offer him to make a new website for him with a simple landing page so he can own two properties online. Either way, offer a free cool thing on the landing page in exchange for their information and here you go, you have a lead for him...
 
I had more information in my original post, but BH moderation blocked alot of it. I was thinking of a redesign. He has a flash intro. I'll set up another landing page thats a good idea. The site is

Create a sales letter or sales dvd and find a list of very wealthy people to direct mail to. Might offer a free weekend to qualified applicants like they do with timeshares

Also create another sales letter to send to real estate agents that deal in high dollar properties. Could offer a huge prize like a benz to the real estate agent that brought them a sale within x days.

Setup an adwords campaign for # million dollar homes or million dollar homes locationarea

Thanks I was gonna take the timeshare approach as far as a free weekend. My challenge may be finding a list that works geographically. Does anyone know a good resource for list like that?
