BeyondHosting.. Stay away

Horrible, Horrible company. I've always admired their quick responses regardless of what time it is, but I've been having serious problems for 48 hours (1) Can't connect by FTP and (2) My cloaking scripts aren't working over there. It's been 48 hours... I've requested that they call me or skype, but they don't provide phone support. we're talking 30+ messages here... We've gone back and forth so many times, but it sucks it came to this.

Anyhow, like I've always said -- "It's not about getting the customer, it's about keeping them..." . I'd advise against this company. Just my 02.

Check the following things:

- Firewall might have blocked your IP which is why you are unable to connect the server
- Double check your configuration requirement with their server configuration, then ask them to make change accordingly.
