Beware of this pva account scammer! "serban gabriel stefanita" AKA- stefys444

I just wanna give everyone a heads up in this forum and all other related forums before this guy scams anyone else.
About 3 weeks ago I was referred by my friend tommysc from black hat world that he knew this guy named stefys444 who made great cl

accounts.

So i contacted this guy by Yahoo IM. At first he seemed like a good guy.. besides he was trying to get me for $1.50 per cl account when we all

know they sell for around 15 to 25 cents per account... Then I asked him how much he charged for pva accounts....
he then says he will give me a good deal on pva accounts for me and my friends at $160 for 80 accounts.
So he says please pay me at this paypal account then I'll have them ready for you in 24 hours.. I said great, please text me or email me when

there done.

Well 1 day turns into 3 and then I finally email him.... he says he cant find any phone numbers and codes to verify the craigslist accounts... he

then says he will give me some extra pvas for the inconvenence...
He says he will have them ready the next day. Well again no call no show.... He drops the ball and does not produce...He ignores my emails and

Im's from this point on So i then go to paypal to open a case... I open a case stating that this guy is a scammer scumbag kid and he has not

delivered his pva accounts to me..

Paypal gave me the decision and refunded only .66 cents and stated they tryed to reverse the charges but the guy didnt have any cash in his

account...LOL. So now I'm disputing this with my bank...

I have been doing biz on the internet for almost ten years and this is the only time I have been screwed like this.... I'm sure I'll get the cash back

from the bank.... I just wanted to report him here so that this kid doesnt get away with fucking anyone else from bhw...

Tommysc said he has stopped doing biz with the kid and for me to let others know not to do biz with him anymore...

So watch out for this guy..... By now he probably allready changed his identity.

No at first I wanted just cl accounts and then he said he would do pvas for $2.... I wanted to try him out... Ended up getting screwed.... LESSON LEARNT! And just cause I dont post here doent have nothing to do with it... I read and observe and learn.

Just trying to help out anyone else I can before they get burnt by this guy..That's all.

No no, I didn't recommend him to buy PVAs from this guy. That wouldn't make sense, lol.
JD's cool and I don't think he was posting this to bring me into any kind of negative light.

The Steffy's guy had sent me some normal CL accounts (non PVA) in the past.

I did an hour of consulting with JD and he was going to buy PVAs from me.
He asked for a lead on normal non-PVA CL accounts (which I don't provide). I told him to contact Steffy's and these should just be a few cents each.

Apparently they got to talking and Steffy's undercut me and lured JD in with promise of $2.00 PVAs. (I was kinda getting screwed here).
All the while I am thinking and waiting for JD to to place his PVA order with me.

I certainly wouldn't have recommended that anyone go buy PVAs from anyone else.
I didn't know "Steffy" made PVAs (which he apparently doesn't) and was assuming this would be a $5.00 deal for 25 normal CL accounts.

The moral here being... you get what you pay for. Unfortunately JD tried to save $20 and ended up loosing over $100.

Like he said lesson "learnt". Feedback and reviews do mean something and are often worth paying for.

because of guys like stefy romanians end up getting a bad name for themselves ... I'm sick of being a romanian and being labeled as a scammer once they know where I'm from ...

Hi guys, I am new here. I found this place when I was tracking Raiber Cristian after he ripped me off (and others) on Digital Point. I find it ironic that he wrote the above post after he stole $77 from me and thousands from others... His reputation is really catching up to him. Many people are tracking him and is under investigation.

cristianraiber (aka CristianR) is not only a bold face lier, he's a thief... and not a very good one at that.

His email is [email protected] and [email protected]. I also have more personal information about this scam artist. PM and I'll give it to you.

Ironically the scammer didn't get ban on DP for this , while others get banned even for one "useless " post.
