Look like this guy do not like you to take your money out. First conversion to Bitcoins ( they gave you that option ) took a week, but was fine. Second one, already passed 14 days, they told me it was send, nothing yet. They do not reply emails or chat.
Also It spouse they sent me a payza card, 90 days after they sent it, I am still waiting.
