just wanted to warn the amazon sellers out there. keep an eye on your transaction history this holiday season. i had a few of these fees happen recently, they were for 39.99 each. no explanation given and i already paid my pro merchant fee 
i consulted my lawyer (my dad, hehe) and he said to threaten to file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).
well, it worked, they refunded my money within a day and a half after forwarding it to their billing department. no explanation, it just went back into my account. never heard about it again..
so the takeaway here is that if your getting screwed by a large company, as seems to happen a lot, threaten to go to the FTC (you can file online)
