I paid him twice for $1,000 Gmail accounts.

$22 each

The first time, he said that wasn't his correct PayPal email although the payment went through.

He then gave me a second email address, I sent the money, payment completed and now he is saying something about his account being limited and then he said that he doesn't know what email address I sent the payment to.

I think he meant he bought 1,000 g mail accounts for $22 twice.
