The only advice I could give you would to just go with Chacha. I use it along with hundreds, if not thousands, of other Twitter accounts. With my two 30k accounts, I make around $300-$400 a month. The person who owns Notebook owns other accounts too, so he/she isn't grinding the cash out of just that account.
Chacha ads allow you to use custom domains if you'd like, just like Mylikes. And the PPC can get up to $0.03 which is good considering they don't shave any of your earnings. But it's up to you. The SSN# is just for identifcation purposes and won't do anything. If you're comfortable, go with it.
