Better to monetize later or now?

Four accounts, making a total of 2,000 followers. All four accounts with average follow back percentage of 42% combined. I've got a good growth going on and positive user feedbacks.

I'm using a Landing Page, but should I put the link in my BIO now or later? I can use the link in my BIO from now and the 200 new followers I get everyday will view them. What do you suggest.

My Landing Page link is something like http://12345.iphone6sgiveaway.com/ Is it fine to put this kind of link directly in the BIO. It's not a redirect of any kind, just a simple Landing Page.

Try a test first. See if monetizing right now gets you the returns you want or the goals you set for yourself. If not, grow some more and then monetize when you feel like you can achieve more.

Isnt is better to add link to "website" rather than into "bio"?

I don't think there is any such risk. If there's a constant fear, check out your competition, see how they're working and what they're doing that you could. What they're not doing and why they aren't, or if you can do it successfully. If the risk scares you, then I'd suggest let it be for now. Grow to a really good amount and then monetize.

I think it all depends on your psyche and how self motivating you are.

Some people will tell you that you're leaving money on the table by not monetizing early. I agree.

The problem is, when you monetize too early it's easy to get sucked into checking stats and getting discouraged when you don't even have the proper volume of traffic to make a proper judgement call. Seeing $0.00 a couple weeks in a row is enough to discourage anyone, and you can quickly lose focus and motivation to continue working.

So really it depends on you. If you want to monetize, I say don't do any stat checking for at least the first month. Work on the site as you would regularly and make the focus finishing the site rather than making money. If you do everything right, all the money stuff should fall into place naturally.

Yes it is okay to put your link in the bio right away. The sooner, the better.

Test and test. I have tested with iPhone giveaway niche, I added link on my bio when my account begin.
Be careful about your niche. Some followers will report your account when they feel your giveaway is fake

Well I just tested it last night till today. I had around a hundred people see the link in the BIO today, but somehow OGAds records 0 clicks, even after me clicking it. When I became unsure as to why clicks were not recorded, I used a proxy to check if my click was recorded, it still didn't. I'm using a requested Landing Page from OGAds. I don't know if the issue is with OGAds or what. If anyone can share some light to it.
