Better to have YouTube viewers or subscribers first?

I'm trying to grow my YouTube into having real fans. I started my channel a couple of days ago and had about 13 real subscribers, until I started using addmefast. Now I have about 220 subscribers, but obviously it's because of addmefast.

I'm just wondering if whether having a lot of subscribers first will be effective, or having a lot of views on a video with lots of likes.

I think more views and likes will rank your video higher then subs will - which is better because higher rank on page = more views = more fans.

If you're going to grow your channel, then i'd say with views. Subs will come later when people start watching your videos

Why not both? You can't have one without the other in the long run. More subs will lead to more views & more views to subs.

The fastest way possible to grow your channel is with both. Of course you need comments + likes etc. too. Try to aim for 5-20 subscribers per 1,000 views.
