What advantage are we talking about? - because I am failing to see one.

I did not directly accuse OP of self-promotion, I implied that if it wasn't self promotion then I fail to see any good reason for posting a currently unprofitable website.

It doesn't matter what someone shares - there will always be an unappreciative idiot. Didn't take long for you to raise your hand.

My post did not mention anything about orders or PR. And no I was not paid. Those people do not know me and I do not know them.

Anyone who uses Fiverr as a buyer or seller knows that Fiverr charges a higher %. This keeps skilled people from posting their gigs. There are many $6-10 gigs that never make it onto Fiverr because it isn't setup that way. Yes, you can order multiple and that is what we have to do, but that is not efficient. And we all know it.

As I said, someone sent me the link and thought it was something I could use. Maybe it is still an infant but I plan to be part of its success. If you want to stick to Fiverr or bashing those that share, then go ahead. But that IS NOT how to build community. The BHW community is very small as it is and then need for people like you is even smaller.

You are missing the point. I do not care about the site. I care about the gigs posted on the site.

The people who made the site and the people who sell the gigs are not the same people (or at least that is not what I gathered).

It is the content I care about.

I'm sorry for not appreciating the link you posted to an unprofitable website. If you could collect a list of the other billion unprofitable Fiverr clones on the internet I will try harder to appreciate it next time.

And I am not 'sticking to Fiverr', I do not see these sites as profitable anyway, let alone when they have non-existent traffic. Fiverr is a very slow, inefficient way to make money, opting for a similar website with 100% will not make any difference.

Guys, you all have been trying to bash Pow's posts, but haven't you noticed it. I mean no sale has ever been made on that site. I'm not trashing OP either. I just wanted to say that there's no point of making gigs there. There are no buyers.

From my personal experience, the best alternative I could see for Fiverr is SEOClerks. If you people know of other alternatives, let everyone know of it (Not like this one which is deserted). May be few weeks from now, this site gets some traffic and sales, it would be the ideal time for creating gigs, as there will be minimal competition. Think from the perspective of a buyer. If I want buy a service and I arrive at a site like this one and find that no sale has ever been made, I would just close the tab and open either Fiverr or SEOClerks.

Anyways, your share is appreciated OP.

Your profile shows that you have only been here for a few months. But when I joined back in 2010, I came into a community (which belongs to many others) and found people recommending sites that many of us had not heard of. Fiverr was one of those. And there have been many other sites that were nothing and now something. It's these recommendations and word-of-mouth that helped spread the word and helped us find resources that would have otherwise taken much longer to find.

Sure, some websites were garbage and are still garbage but some were diamonds in the rough and now shine.

If you are still around in a year, we can have this conversation at that point and see who is right. Deal?

SEOClerks IS ListingDock.com (look at the bottom of each page). I forgot to mention it, but my friend said, it use to be seoclerks (which I had also not heard of) but said they moved to a new site so that they can have more than SEO services

I just noticed that. May be they are making another new site. But unless, few sales are made, I don't think it would survive long enough. As far as SEOClerks is concerned, it's good. You could give it a try.

EDIT: And yes, it's not like "it used to be SEOClerks". ListingDock is totally a new site. The former is still good and running.

I'm not sure why how long I have been here matters but if it really means that much to you, I have been here for longer than I have had this account. I deleted my other account as I was previously offering services on the Warrior Forum under the same account name. The service collapsed due to a Google update and I did not want to be associated with that account or service anymore.

You argue based on the fact someone has made a clear observation which makes your thread seem value-less. There is no reason for you to argue with me, I stated that this website is completely unprofitable and that I couldn't see much other reason for posting it other than self-promotion. Whether it is or not doesn't matter, I'm just saying that's what it looks like.

There is no reason for you to be so defensive over my observation other than because it affects your ego. Hence why you feel the need to bring up how I'm a 'newbie' to the forum - Your only means of arguing with me is to state that you have been here longer than me.

Maybe you should just ignore your ego for a second and realize that all I have done is state that there is no money to be made on this site, a site that is supposedly "Better than Fiverr". The length of membership on a site does not reflect your status or validity of your opinion. In fact I have seen many newbies posting more valuable information than long term members.

I believe Listingdock is a general marketplace and IS NOT new Seoclerks which is a marketplace for webmasters only. To the pencil necks above that tried to bash this website because it's new... Well this site is a property of Ionicware and if you don't know what that is, then be quiet because the company owns some very successful websites that generate money you can dream about and they didn't even start making big ass marketing on Listingdock yet.

You can create the same website as Listingdock, but I can bet my house that in 12 month span you will be earning breadcrumbs form it while Listingdock will have at least 10000x more sales, members and visits than you. OP thinks of it as an opportunity and it's right. Imagine if you would be among first ones that joined Fiverr, you'd be a top seller easily back in the day, things get harder when marketplace becomes overcrowded.

Instead of barking about with complaints, just take this information and store it in your memory for next time. What if there's a service on there that can save you time and money? It can come in useful. OP stated he isn't affiliated with the site.

Read post #29 above. They are owned by the same company. ListingDock was created so that people who post gigs on SEOclerk could offer more than SEO services.

See the bottom of each site for yourself.

This looks like it is a clone of SEOClerks, or it belongs to SEOClerks directly as I can see in the footer. Anyway, thanks for the share. I think that you can get all of these services on Fiverr or even much better deals.
