Wordword would clearly depend on the word, I think if you don't want to reveal it you'll have to decide yourself.
Something like friendlyfriendly would sound stupid, but then again another "wordword" could be something really good.

In most of the cases, theword. In rare cases wordword (same words). If you're talking about two different words then its a whole different story.

Agreed, further research needed to make the final decision, but on average about 70% theword is the most suitable against wordword. AFAIK.

If I were to decide I would definitely go for theword.com in most of the cases.
