Better alternative to Link in description

If you have a video in Youtube's promoted video program they allow you to place a 'call to action' overlay ad on your video that you can direct to whatever url you want. You need an adwords account and the video you want the call-to-action on has to be in the promoted video program, but you can set it at a really low ppc budget like .10 cents per day so it's definitely worth the $3/month, in my opinion.
