Better Adsense Sites

I was just wondering if anyones has an insite to what sites work best here are some examples:

Sports:
Indoor Tennis
Fly Fishing
Wheel Chair Basketball

Products:
Dishwasher
Car Accessories
Wii Controllers

or any other types of sites?

I want to make niche sites, micro niches aren't stable enough for me but not sure what sort of thing to do..

I would suggest that you do your homework by reading this forum for a while. Another avenue you can go down is to buy a sight from BassTrackerBoats and learn about what you have purchased. Either way you will get some insight as to what you need to do.

Think of a real specific niche. Now think about the competition. Will there be competitors updating their site every day in this niche? Can you keep up with them. Is this niche a rising trend - steady or declining trend. What is the CPC of the niche? Did you look at spyfu.com? Were there advertisers in this niche for your main keyword last month? The more the better. Product niches are getting harder because affiliate sites are not ranking as easily anymore.

Write about something you enjoy, pick a broad niche, research as many keywords for it as possible.
And PLAN it properly. Make it a website where people will think.. "hmmm, this website is a good source of information about -niche-"

Obviously, you need too focus in on a certain niche within those keywords, and finding a profitable one should be quite easy for them. However, too maximise your return on investment, I reccommend that you use CTR theme for maximising your Adsense revenues, as this has been a real winner for me.

All of this. Make sure you're not too general, but also not too specific where you'll have very little traffic.
