Beta Testers

Hi guys.
This might sound dumb but I am looking for beta tester for a Twitter bot, the question I have is, how do I go about doing that?
What are the requirements I must give to testers? How do I trust them?

It will be my first time releasing a program that I will most likely commercialize so I want to be careful.
