Means you are not blocked now , try to open the tool and scrape usernames... but since you don't use proxies check time delay option ... keep it default 9 seconds ... try it and please post your feedback is that worked for you or not.

If you have dynamic ip address in your connection and got blocked... switch off your router then switch on this will give you new ip address... but with time delay 9+ seconds you shouldn't be blocked.

yes ! it's just simple like that import or enter your keyword(s) and click start that's it , but make sure to use proxies if your machine IP blocked by Instagram

You mean let's say for example I want to scrape #apple , I put #apple into a txt file and import it under "Import Keywords" and press start?

you will enter keywords => you will get hashtags and usernames, so will you import keywords not hashtags see this
I imported one keyword "apple" and see the hashtags and usernames I got :

Ahh, for instance if the hashtag "travel" you want to scrape all users who posted on #travel like this :
