I've question: If i want to create more proxy, i need to have more than 1 phone, right?

You can have up to 10 socks/https proxies (different credentials) on one phone. Obviosly they all will have the same IP at the same time (before you change ip). So if you want to have more IP's at the same time - you need more phones.
