What duration is a beta tester getting the service for free?

Based on your reputation in Blackhatworld, I purchased from you the Business Ultra Mail Blast smtp server for $89 and I never received any email, nothing. the site ultramailblast from where I purchase the product a few days a go is not working any more and all the mails I am sending to your emails are being returned because is not a valid email address.
