A couple of minor things to think about.

1. A little control over the spinner would be nice. I realize you are not wanting to try and compete with TBS or anything (especially since you have api access) but some control would be nice.

2. A first name last initial choice on your name generator would be cool. I personally would use that or a first initial last name more than the double-barreled choice.

Like I said minor things to think about. Overall tools should do one of two things. Make you money directly or save you money by saving you time. This definitely should save enough time to either pay for itself by saved labor or getting more work done in the same amount of time letting you actually make more.

What is going to be your policy on giving access to a VA on our accounts?

do you still offer the article builder API integration??? or do you even need article builder with your service??

We removed the Article Builder API tool, as absolutely no-one was using it, and it didn't really offer anything substantial. Article Builder is web-based anway, not desktop based, and so it didn't really save any time or effort. TBS is a desktop app, and so having the TBS API integrated is useful for quick auto-spintaxing and auto-rewriting on-the-fly (although we have our own Auto-Spintaxer and Auto-Rewriter which generally outperforms the quality of TBS.)

We provide the TBS API for completeness, but the Article Builder API seemed irrelevant now that we've launched the Premium Uber Articlez service. We offer 3 free articles per day (and some of the source content originates through AB, although it's been rebuilt/formatted,) through the Premium subscription, so all-in-all AB just seemed irrelevant now, as it adds no value, and saves no time for our members.

I still use it alot and now even more that I have landed my 1st client, this saves me time. just this morning I downloaded a free article, spun the title and the resource box and did some submissions with it. Took me all of 5 minutes to do.
