Beta keys for games. Need som help!

Hello, been looking around in here for a while now and I had some thoughts about sites that have content unlock links.

they obviously dont provide a legit key after you have filled out the survey, and I was wondering if this is legal?

I couldnt find anything on this by useing the search function, and I hope I havent upsetted you to much with my noob question.

Perhaps I should refrase my question a bit. Would something like this make Google sad and remove my adsense ?

don't use PPC or PPD when u use adsense on your site lol.. -_- i wonder that no one answered..
