I currently use SEO Moz to send weekly reports to my clients, any better alternatives?

Try SEO PowerSuite it's shared free somewhere here just search. It's Rank Tracker creates some great reports I've been using it for a while.

Anyone here using RavenTools?
What you guys think of it? I believe it also allow clients to login and check rankings themselves anytime they want etc.?

Raven tools is great, you get most of the same info from SEOmoz and a shit load of other research and tracking tools, plus customised and scheduled reporting.

Im not sure you can allow clients to login, I will check.

If you want to bring up nice labeled reports I can recommend advanced web ranking manager. It also sends out weekly reports to your clients. Its a bit techy at the beginning, but once all is setup it is pure gold.
